Original 86-87 Radiator can deliver to BG

nstalled new MAF pipe and new TT 5.7 chip. Engine runs much better now but BLM's still 140. Checked fuel pressure with engine warmed up
idling at 29 psi with vacuum line on and 37 psi with vacuum line off. But, I do not have the fuel pump hot wire kit------on order from Caspers
as of today. Hoping that will bring fuel pressure up to 43 when it's installed.
Don't expect the HW to get it from 37 to 43 psi.
The pressure is controlled by the fuel pressure regulator (as the name implies).

Your will need a adjustable fuel Pressure regular
Hot wire is a good thing but probably won’t add fuel pressure With the extra voltage maybe just a little but not 5 lb

Correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't the fuel pressure regulator for the turbo trans am put out 44 psi? Then I can retain that stock looking fuel pressure regulator. I'm not looking to race the car, I just need to get my BLM's down within reason.
