oil leak

thought my oil pressure line was leaking . was able to get a look at it today and line is not leaking . noticed noticed small amounts of oil leaking around oil pump filter area , and its being cought by the intercooler brace.any ideas cant see it from top or bottom.assistance please

forgot to mention it ,but it started to leak after i installed the biggie filter adapter.

I'm sure you've already checked it, but my oil pressure sending unit was leaking. Also, you might check around the oil filter for good gasket seal. Just some ideas.

The oil pressure sending unit will leak and its hard to detect because we typically suspect the threads of the fittings involved and attack them. If it is the sending unit leaking the only way to fix the problem is to replace it. HTH

It's possible you cut the O-ring upon reinstallation of the oil line housing, it will leak there with an old or cut gasket, mine did for about 3 years.

Got one a NAPA 601-1363 gasket kit, and it stopped.

Obviously it could be a cooler hose leak, or an oil filter leak as mentioned.
