Yes, up pipe is for a FMIC...3" diameter tubing.

Is this the 2nd pipe that is below the radiator? You still need to have a 2nd up pipe or is it 1 pipe from the intercooler to the throttlebody?

This is the pipe that connects to the throttle body...the top pipe.

Yes, you would need a 2nd pipe (3" diameter) to get to the intercooler outlet. The nice thing about using 2 pipes is the adjustability that it affords for a great fit.
