I would ditch explorer as fast as u can, it's very exploited and not safe, fire fox and chrome are great but still allow spyders, bots and trackers gather all ur information...

I use comodo dragon it's a edited version of chrome and blocks all that stuff, it even has a defense against malware! I highly suggest downloading that, and if u do, I would download the add on for it called ghostery. This add on shows u every tracker at every site and blocks it, it stops google snd yahoo along with facebook now recording every move u make . it clears all ur history ever time the window is closed and clears cookies and history automatically keeping u alittle safer if u do chose to download ghostery download it for google chrome since there is no Comodo dragon on their site

I was reformating my parents computer once every 6 months, it got to the point I didn't have the time and took it to my friend who's has a business in town repairing computers, he introduced me to this browser and we have been good now for a year and a half so that here proves to me how well t works

I started having IE problems 1 1/2 weeks ago when someone slowed down the internet and it was big news. So I just downloaded Google Chrome and I have a couple questions- (1) What I used to call favorites does not seem to exist. Do I create a new folder tab for each website that I want to save as a favorite? (2) How do you enlarge the print? Thanks!

Mine automatically made a favorties page. When I open a new tab (click the parallelogram looking thing next to your current open tab) it takes me to my favorites page. If doing that takes you to APPs simply slide the do-hicky on the bottom in the middle from apps to most viewed.

Also download adblock and never watch a youtube video commercial. It does more than that, but that makes it worth doing by itself.

Ok I clicked on the most viewed. I think it will be hard to get used to. I like my favorites list. Will download adblock. I just figured out how to increase the print size. Click on three bars on the tool bar then increase zoom to 125 %. Thanks for the info.

You can bookmark pages too by clicking on the star in the upper right. When you open a new tab they will be just below the address bar. When that fills up you click on the two little right arrows that will be on the right. It's a pretty easy program and once you start learning the tricks you won't be looking back.

A couple of my favorite "tricks" are you can just type what you are looking for in the address bar - it does a google search, and highlight you want to learn more about, right-click it and select "search google for". Also, you se those 3 lines in the upper right? You can open an ingonito window or tab which won't record your history so your wife doesn't see that sick porn you look at
