Can it run in the quick 16 providing it qualifies for the field?

I got kicked out with my 12 sec 95 Buick Roadmaster with the factory installed engine, you will be looked at for sure. I have noticed a lot of slower non Buick powered 70's and 80's cars not getting kick out, but all it takes is to be faster than someone with a racecar, and they get their feeling hurt.
