No Fan After Speed-pro Install

I have installed my speed-pro and the cooling FAN WILL NOT
come on. I have set the settings in ecu config for 156 low
and 175 on the fan only comes on at 200 f....not sure why

please help.

What's the part number of your ECU? (starts with a "30-")

So I guess just wire the fan to a relay and toggle switch

and monitor temp myself? Also can you explain to me

the benefit of the Bank to Bank system over the present

system I have now.

That model does indeed have fan and fuel pump control. That part number is for a dedicated Buick V6 DIS SEFI ECU and has IAC control and Fan, Fuel Pump control.

You should be able to find in the dashboard, the FAN sensor (flag) and monitor it to make sure the Fan is turning on when the FAN sensor says it's on and vice versa. I would be surprised if the control parameter is off that far. Please let me know.
