Nitto 555 vs Mickey Thompson ET street

I got caught in a downpour 2 weeks after installing my 225/60R15 MT DR's. I couldn't keep 40 mph on the highway. Ass end was dancing all over the place. Worse than driving with bald tires on ice. They might be better than other tires, but saying that they are good for rain is BS. I run them all season long and in the rain as the GN is my daily during the summer. I got 2000 miles on them so far and some life left. I am a 1st from the light and last to brake driver so they find a fair amount of spinning. On the track I run 1.67 60's with nothing much done to the suspension.
