New exhaust...Hesitation normal?

Hello everyone. Been a while. Last week I fixed my stupidity by removing my 2 year old Flowmaster set up to a Pypes set-up and everyone was correct...I'm so glad I did it. Here is my issue/concern. My car now takes a little longer to start up...but not too bad. Also, there is a hesitation when reving or during acceleration while warming up. I have never had this issue before. Should I worry? Would this be normal due to more flow or do I need to adjust something? Thanks for any input!:)

exhaust should have no effect on start up.. check the fuel pressure regulator to see if it's bleeding down pressure when the car is shut off. this would make it take longer to start up and also possibly cause some hesitation..
