New carpet

The new carpet is finally in dove grey I've never installed anything like this before and thought id pick ur brains for best smoothest results any tips advice is welcome to help move this project along .... For instance after removing old carpet and cleaning off floor pan or prepping and so on from there ? Thanks for all input

Installing carpet is very logical and not difficult. Best tip I have is that if the carpet is pre-molded to the contour of the floor pan, install it on a hot sunny day. I like to turn the carpet upside down in the driveway and let the sun really heat it up for a couple hours. Once warm it will be more pliable making it easier to form to your floor pan.
