Hey. I know it's an old thread.

Looking to do the same upgrade as you did. How do you like it so far? Do C clip eliminators leak?

Would you have done anything different now?

No leaks and has been laying down nice even stripes for months now acouple more pics of the setup

Eaton tru trac and 30 spline axles here,and its great no issues whatsover.
Cant tell the difference from stock to this unit.
Unless its up in air and you turn one wheel the other goes opposite.
But it puts down even marks from beginning to end.

Many friends have used the Detroit tru trac in street driven off road trucks and they are solid.
Another benefit is you don't have to run posi fluid or additives.

Edit: I've been advised the discussion is about the Eaton tru trac and not the Detroit tru trac. I thought they were the same.

Did Eaton buy out Detroit?
Your parts list said Detroit tru trac,

but the part description says Eaton Detroit tru trac,

so I thought they were the same.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Yes they are . Anyway I have had zero issues with it and just recently put down 745 rwhp .
