Maybe in about 4 months we might hit a 70 degree day around here. Currently 17 right now and looking like 4 degrees for the drive into work tomorrow

Definitely not self employed...micro managed to the point of insanity most days. BUT...at least my dept manager is a Buick guy and fully supports any Buick decoration I put up in my work space.
