Weather is now nice enough that I've been able to drive it. With 15lbs. of boost it will break the tires loose @ 30. Still not a real aggressive tune either. Can't wait to turn it up!!!

I've never had an issue. Maybe they are warped? Did you buy them new or used? I've had these for 7 years no issue. Maybe they are the China knock offs??

Cal will be here the April 17th to tune cant wait to see what this thing will really be capible of!

Stock block RJC girdle, forged crank, eagle rods, diamond pistons,212/212 roller, T&D 1:65's, GN1's with porter stock intake, accufab doghouse and 70mm TB, billet 6765 with H cover, Razors dual nozzle, extreme stg.3 trans, Denny's driveline with billet yokes, Moser's etc.etc.etc.

Sounds like a stought plan. What's your hp goals and et estimates?

Built it with hopes of a hi 9 pass, but, a consistent mid 10 second ride. Really don't want to lean it out too much, just wanted to over build a bit to keep it alive! Probably 600ish at the wheels is what I was thinking max??? Just a guesstimate!

Let us know what it does! I like it.

Put in some new boost and fuel pressure gauges on Thursday. Revolution gauges which will be throughout once my fabrication guy can get the time to do it. We are going to do a faux burl wood grey and black. Will post more pix as it gets going. Check his work @ McGinley Motorsports: We Build Bitch'n Rides!

Okay, here we go.
Yes PTC convertor 10" 3000 L/U
@ 14 psi and 20* timing 593hp with 620 tq
@ 24 psi and 16* timing 693 and 733 tq
@ 26 psi and 18* timing 720 and 750 tq
@ 28 psi not sure of timing 730 and 760 tq
The 730 was actually on THE 1ST pull and not a "cleaned up" tune, was a real shocker to all of us as the boost controller had NO control!

We are on a fat tune low timing only using 60% of the injector. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome, I owe it all to AutoWorks and the skillful tuning of Mr. Hartline. One more thing, we are at 4800 of elevation feet here....
