Does anyone know of someone who can take a stock AM/FM cassette radio and modify it to include a place to plug in a Serious or XM radio? Thanks for any info. Paul

I think you can use this fm modulator and then hook up any audio input you like. You can still retain your same stock stereo and play satellite.

Look at this on eBay:

FM Stereo Modulator MP3 / DVD / 3.5/ RCA with GM Vehicles Antenna Adapter Set +

Garyk1970 has a write up on wiring an aux input into the cassette pre amp. Would sound better than an fm modulator and can be routed out the back. Still needs an external sat radio box but does route into the factory radio.

If you insist on the OE radio, the aux input mod is probably your best bet. It's gonna be the best sound quality. Otherwise an fm modulator or good ol' cassette adapter is what it will take.
