Max Effort Chip specs

Hello,

I have an 8 position Max Effort chip for stock injectors that I had tucked away in a box and I wanted to install it in my daily driver. I lost the paper work that came with the chip. Does anyone know how to contact Steve Y in order to obtain the specs for the chip?
