max boost = 6lbs

87 GN TA-49 turbo and 42lb injectors, houston downpipe, etc. Won't build more than 6lbs of boost. Recently installed the turbo and injectors. Had a few good runs at about 17-18 lbs and then from one run to the next couldn'y build more than 6lbs. My driver side manifold has a small leak but its had it for a long time with no effect on boost. Any ideas?

Wastegate working properly? Vacuum line?? Is the power gone or could it be the vacuum line to the gauge not connected or partially connected. There're several things to chech including the DS manifold that you mentioned.
