MAF translator help

Okay guys, I have the following.

3 Inch Impala SS MAF Sensor
MAF Translator
Turbo Tweak Chip

The car idles like crap now, and was perfect before. Is the chip not compatible with the new unit? What do I need to do to get it where I want it? Thanks!

Read the manual, make sure the Translator dip switchs are for a LT1 MAF.

What changes were made at the time the idle went to crap?

BTW, what are your dip switches set to?

Swap the MAF with a known good unit.

Switch to a 3.5" maf... Ive never had any luck with the 3" units.

Are your translator settings set to on,on,on,off.

pink wire to pink wire, open lid on box and set to 3 inch 12% lean, reset ecm then try again

To jump in on this topic, when you make these settings to add or subtract fuel at idle or WOT, is this in addition to the fuel that I have added or subtracted using the TT chip? I mean if I add 5% fuel using the TT chip feature and then add WOT fuel of 6% using the maf WOT pot, is that a total of 11% more fuel??

I dont think the WOT settings on the translator apply when running a TT chip, only the Extender
