The only thing I know about the Granatelli MAF is from a friend of mine who has a '98 Vette convertable with a 422" stroker. The engine builder had him watch as he dyno'd the car with it on and then again after replacing it with the stock one. He said it actually lost a tad bit of HP with the Granatelli. So, now its sitting in the corner of his garage. But that was on a vette.
