Complete Combos From Motor To Suspension
1987 Gn 109 Block Full Interior And 200 4r Trans

This is alot to ask but here goes.

I like my combo and its still streetable, with a/c and cruise and 3700lbs

.030 over, good crank, girdle or mains, weber racing Roller cam 206/206 high lift, Weber racing ported heads, Weber racing ported intake, TE-45A turbo, 72lb inj, 25-30psi with 93/alky or 116, eric's alky chip, and about 10-15k in other mods such as tranny, rear end, suspension, seat time, brakes, 8pt roll bar, belts, racing jacket, ect, ect, meth.

There are so many things to consider when building a 10.0 car. You could have a 650rwhp car but never get there if you cant put it all down. Elevation, traction, suspension, tune, all these things make major impacts. If you want to run REAL WORLD 10.0 build a car that can run 9.50 and then de-tune it.

My car will run easy 10's when I get it to hook but my build cost alot more than Reggie West's though. Which ever turbo u choose to go with just make sure to get a dual ball bearing they cost more but its worth it.

i would go with a gtq 70,it does not have to be a dbb,and a 3500 stall and razor pac meth kit.this will perform real well at the track and on the street with a good tune.:D

I had a 70 on my car and it spooled pretty fast but people tell me it worked so well well because of the extra cubes I have.

Turbo- 67 to 70
injectors-60lb to 83lb( depends on if you run alky or not)
fuel pump-walbro340 w/alky or double pumper or external
stall -3200 to 3600 depending on turbo and cam/rear gears
chip--turbo tweak/extender/fast system or dfi computer--a few choices

my choice would be a 66 or 67 turbo w/72 lb injectors for a good street/strip 10 second set/up..probably 67 turbo:)
Hope this helps

Ordering gtq 70 saterday what housings do i need?
Do you think 83 lbs injectors are enough
got alky kit last week

I liked my 70 but just like I said before a lot of old heads on here told me that it spooled so well because of the extra cubes I have. If u drive on the street a lot as I do u really should look into a Dbb. My 74 spools faster than the 70 I had before. Both were brand new, both were tuned by the same person... And I heard that people have issues with injectors that are larger than 75lb if their running chips instead of a stand alone computer. (something u might want to look into)

ported iron heads/stock intake with good springs and v covers $1800
roller rockers $530
PTC 9.5" $950
200 4-R billet throughout with electric brake $4000
Driveshaft $400
rear mods including axles, center, and girdle with new bearings $900
HR adjustable rear suspension $1100?
Shocks/springs (You will likely try a few different ones before getting what you want) $800
3" stainless single ex $500
light weight rims/tires and tall slicks $1250
roll bar $1000
55 gallons of C16 $700
double intank with hot wire and fuel pressure reg $700
Misc gaskets, fluids, filters, fasteners, fittings, hoses, and solvents $1000

I got about $27000 for one that will last a while and easily run the numbers. Imo its not going to last as long as an engine that starts with a good block and forget about using a stock crank. Its worth the extra couple thousand all day long looking for a good block looking at what everything else costs and i left a lot of safety equipment out of the list as well as lost downtime waiting for parts. It could be done a lot cheaper but not for very long. Basically you are building 700hp around a stock block. It will take some tuning knowledge to be able to bring it all together. Most will have several expensive downfalls on the way there. Under $20k you can forget about it. Buy a car already done.
