LC-1 readings?

I just installed a LC-1 on another car of mine today. Did as per the instructions. The gauge reads 7.4 and is flashing. What am I missing? Grounding problem? I've been searching and all the posts say to ground to the block. Mine is not. Could this be the problem?

I just installed one too, you have to turn the key on and wait about a solid minute before the O2 warms up, then it will read ~22.5...

If you installed the led, it should be blinking constant speed, otherwise do what Reaper said and count the number of blinks.

Yea I have a constant blink, but the gauge still reads 7.4. Maybe I dont have the gauge hooked up right.

Gauge should go to the brown wire from the LC1 right? Analog 2 I think.

And I can't get the laptop to read the LC-1 either. I'm sure thats a laptop issue. I'm using windows XP.

Sounds like it's hanging up for some reason. It should read after warm up. Is this a new unit?

What error are you getting when you try to connect laptop? Do you have the terminator plug in the lc1's in port?

Best if you could get that to work.
