I have been fighting knock for a long time and Good news I found the problem , Jdfastgn suggested to check reluctor wheel and confirm that it has not spun , once i got the balancer off the reluctor wheel was off by
.069 inches compared to the other balancer in my attic, but what I found is the balancer was cracked all the way down along the key way ! Install the new balancer and with the chip as Eric sent it and at 25.7 boost A\F set 10.8, pump gas and alky and 90 degree weather , it is pulling like a freight train and NO KNOCK !! after the run it showed pulling 5% fuel
