knock gauge wiring

i am installing a caspers knock gauge.wiring to ecm is straitforward.but
the positive feed is any pink/black stripe wire? i found some going to the relay's on drivers inner fender but haven't been able to find under the dash.
instructions say pink/black not on when cranking.so where are you guys getting the positive feed from? somewhere in the fuseblock?

Use the ACCY feed. Or, you can tap into the radio feed. Both shut off during cranking.

That's important. You don't want to use a feed that stays live during cranking since the voltage drop will interfere with proper reset operation of the gauge.
