Jax seat covers

How does their leather compare to the original ? I hope it is better.
Both of my front seats could use new leather but $900 is tough to swallow considering I have a list of other things I need. Unfortunately
the driver side seat is splitting in the perforated area and really can't wait any longer.
I know this is probably a long shot but does anyone need a front passenger side and would be interested in splitting the cost?

Are there any other alternatives to Jax without sacrificing quality ?

They are great I have had mine since 2004 the quality is very good along with fit.

I was looking at the Hawks kit. It mentioned having the ribbed sides sewn onto them by a shop. Does this need to be done with the Jax covers also ?
How difficult is it to install them ?

they've held up fine so far... of course my tta is pretty much a garage queen and doesn't come out too often...

Yep that has to be done.

I have had my Jax seatcovers since back in 2004 if I remember correct. Thicker leather than the GM OEM covers, color is pretty much spot on.
