Is this car priced to high

I like the car but I think it is priced too high with all the work done on it. What do you guys think?

Looks like a clean piece, he probably has at least 20k into it. But at the end of the day its still an 85GN. Looks good though, it also says 3,xxx miles after completion.

If its the car I think it is those are real GNX rims he bought from me for $2,800 so hes got some money tied up in it.
