Look at some of the G-body Monte SS spoilers. I think there are 3 versions: factory, and two that are a little higher and/or hang back further.

there were two different Monte SS spoilers- the 83-early 86 version that was about 3" tall and stood pretty straight up and the late 86-88 version that was more laid back. i think those were the year breaks- i know that all the aerocoupes got the lay down design, since that's what it was originally designed for.
recently, someone came out with an aftermarket one that is like the early "stand up" design, but about 6" tall. i think they wanted to make it look like the NASCAR Monte's back in the day, but i think all they did was make it look like a 1X6 was strapped to the back of the trunk lid.
personally, i think the later "lay down" spoiler would look good on a Regal.
