Is .002 valve guide clearance OK

I'm doing my own heads and know that .002 is ok with a N/A motor, but just making sure for a turbo motor. The valves are new Stainless Steel. I will be using the stock valve stem seals on the intake and the exhaust.

I have been batting this around with the guy who's helping me on my heads. He wants to tighten them up to .0015" but with the heat load from the turbo, I am leaving the exhausts at .002" (The fact that these are S2 heads with $15/apiece guides helped my decision :)). I think you'll be fine, especially if you're running a hydraulic flat tappet cam without tons of lift.

Clearance

For the last 8 years, I have been using these spec.
Intake---.0016-.0018
Exhaust-.0018-.002
I have tried seals on the exhaust, maybe the style I was using, but could not keep them on. Remember the exhaust guides are taller than the intake. Adding a seal will get you close to the retainer hitting the seal. IMO do not put seals on the exhaust.
Good Luck
