Intercooler fan

Just installed the Gbodyparts stock location IC and the plastic intercooler fan is really close to the IC, not touching but very close, how close is too close??

If you have about 3/16" (.187") or more,you will be fine. Just DON'T rear-end anyone. It flexes with the engine, so it should never come any closer.
