Intake manifold bolts/studs

I managed to lose an intake manifold bolt, so can I get away with replacing all 10 with bolts instead of the 2 studs?

If not, where do the two go and what are they for?

yes, the 2 studs were for the engine lift hook up front. ALot of guys do take 1 of the studs though in put it in the rear right side, pass side, and then mount that mess of ground wires that goes on the back of the head to the stud they now have there. It makes it easier to check them if/when you have elect issues and need to check your grounds.
