does anyone know if it's possible to get an insurance plan even though the car that it's going on has no current registration and safety check?

also which insurance company will give you a plan for a day prior to when you purchase it. (eg. fromt he beg of july) if you know please pm me

Well. You need proof of insurance to get a safety check...... So yes.

Just call up your insurance company with the Vin, make, model, engine etc. Insurance is usually the first thing I get for a car. My agent has never asked me for the title but some companies might. My Trans Am had insurance on it before I even saw it.
