Installing new Torque Converter. What Fluid type is best?

I'm installing a new PTC what's the best type and brand of transmission fluid to use in the 200r4. Also what is the capacity of the the standard 87 setup?

i use dextron 3 but its hard to find now. i think you can find dextron 4 now. anyways stock setup im not sure. just make sure you fill the converter before you install it on the trans

will dexron 6 be ok? I've also read that type f would firm up the shifting, is this true?

Yes Type F will firm up the shift
