ill start from the beginning. just bought a stock 87 gn 43,000 orig. miles. impeckable condition. i wanted to take it to the next level so read alot and asked for advice. spoke to jay at jaysgn.com and bought this. red armstrong fuel pump, new gasket kit (needed it but thats another story), adjustable fuel regulator, 160 thermostat, new wastegate hose (old one was dryrot), hotwire kit, intercooler hose set (old ones were bs), 42 1/2 lb 009 injectors and a matching multi-chip. Nothing has been installed yet. For one the guy acts like he's doin me a favor by workin on my car and keeps puttin me off. But i heard he was goo so what the hell, ill wait. jaysgn says my next step would be the TH down pipe and exhaust kit. Then champion heads, cams and a stall converter. Seems like alot of people on this sit swear by new tires and an alky kit before all this. Am i on the rite track or should i back up a bit and grab the alky and tires? My overall goal is to have a high 10 to low 11 sec. street car. something that i can drive all day as a daily driver if i wanted to, but could also go down to the track and rip it up. And if its even possible something that could be highway driven at 100 or more with out blowing up. Am i dreaming or is this car possible? So then again back to my question, knowing what im looking for out of my car, did i go to small with my injector choice? I just need some input other then the guy whos takein my money for the parts and the other guy whos takein my money to put them on. Anyway sorry to go on forever but all i can frickin think about is this dam car, I dream about it. Wife already hates it. Thanks for everyones help.
