HR sway bar install question

Im not sure if the existing hole is factory or not. Its about .5" off of my outer mark. Obviously I can't drill a hole that close to the existing hole. Would it hurt if I slide the bracket over and use the hole? Has anyone else ever ran into this issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just shift them over a little and mount them.

Yea and then don't adjust the passenger side when the car is off the lift because is too hard to get to. I think that's why the bar shifted. LOL
