how to read wide band readings and what to look for

im picking up my wideband tonight from a friend its the aem uego with bosch 02 and gage,

what a/f ratio should i be looking for?

anything else i should keep in mind?

A/F ratio changes very fast. It's hard to just look at and get a reading. Does the gauge have a recall feature? Powerlogger is great for reading the O2. You just record a run and go back to view it.
