How fast can I go?

Ran last weekend, ran a 12.4@106, with a 1.63 60'. Have boost problems, can only run 15 pounds of boost. Plan on running upward towards 24#'s, plus, my laptop broke, so i couldnt tune, had fuel pressure up to 48 #'s with vaccuum off. So, how fast can I go with a better tune, and more boost? I have a 49 turbo, fmic, 40 # inj, thdp, 3500 stahl conv, transbrake, 28x10.5 slicks. Are 11.50s possible, I feel i have more 60' in it, so all i really need to gain is about 6mph and i should be in the 11s i think, right? Thx

what kind of fuel r u using? if its 93 octane, an alky kit will get u down into the 11's! 93 octane can normally support about 16-17psi. with a good tune and intercooler some people have gotten about 20psi.

Figured out why i can only make 15 lbs of boost, blown out gasket where the turbo bolts to the manifold. Will order a copper one tomorrow. Hope to get it in, so i can run on saturday, looking for the 11s

Yes 11.50sh look good for you at 114-117MPH. 9lbs more boost on a good tune will give you great MPH increases. Allthough 1.63 is a good 60' with more boost and you hook. 60' could be 1.5s.
