Hesitation/Sputter Help

While driving if I let of gas car has a hesitation/sputter type reaction. Like it jerking forwarded a little then stop then jerk. But once back on gas everythings fine. Any Help.

I'm pretty much stock except for Ram air kit, adjustable wastegate, RA 93 chip, RA fuel pump, Bosh 237 FPR, 160 thermo, atr exhaust with dynomax straight thru muffler
