Help with no start

Hi and Merry Christmas to all. I put my GN into storage two months ago and it ran fine. Just tried to start it to move it to another garage and have a no start condition. It will run for a second or two then quit. The fuel pressure was set correctly; but the gauge is reading a little low about 30 lbs. and after it tries to start I can hear the pump running and hear hissing at the injectors. Sounds like its pushing air instead of fuel. The tank is almost full and not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Ed

While cranking, bang on the bottom center of the tank with your fist or a rubber mallet. You will need a helper to do this. Before that pull a plug wire off the coil pack and crank it to verify you have spark. Fuel pressure should be a tadhmmm over 40psi cranking since there is a no vacuum on the regulator.

What chip? Possibly a Bob Bailey? Did you disconnect the battery at all? If so, the chip could have anti theft.
