Help w/installing Trans Crossmember Mount pls.

I needed to replace the mount for the crossmember on the DS. I got the kit from GBody Parts and for the life of me I can't get all the holes to line so I can thread the bolts.

I've tried both with the member jacked up and not. I've tried using an alignment punch and pry bar's but no love.

Frame may be spread just enuf to cause this....BTDT.
Have also found that the frame tabs were bent.

Is there a fix for this or a way to get this to work?
Can the car be moved without the mount installed?

Well I talked to my mechanic to get a estimate on getting this thing in

He said it isn't uncommon and that sometimes they need to use a Porta Power on the frame to line things up.

So it's either pay him the hour rate to get it in ($95.00) or put that money towards the tool and do it myself.

Damn near everything on this car is a problem.
