Help transmission slipping on 2-3 shift

I posted this in the transmission section already but I'm not getting any responses. heres the link:

Its only slipping on the 2-3 shift, dont know much about transmissions so any help would be appreciated.

Once its slipping its time for a rebuild. You can tighten up the TV cable by pulling it back towards the firewall while pushing in the D shaped tab next to it. It is the black plastic cable by the throttle cable, but this is a temporary fix that may or may not help.
