help to fine tune my TT chip

Hi

i am near to the end of stock turbo i am stuck at 12.15 @ 112 mph
1,72 in 60' i have a gn 87 t top full weight minus fibre glass front bumper.
On my direct scan i have 820 mv in first gear
790 in 2 and 760 in 3 and it pull very nice with 23 mph
from 1/8 to 1/4. about timming I have 23 / 22 in 3 gear
22 psi I have a rasor alky kit.

My question is do i add some timming ? or
leaning it down in firts and second gear ?

I agree with the above two post. Wideband O2 is the way to go for the ultimate tune. As far as your stock O2 readings it is hard to say. Julio at ALKY control always says that you have to play with your settings and see. Some cars like to be in the 800 range while others like to be in the 740 range. You will have to trial and error at the track to see what your car prefers. For the most part your numbers look good for a stock turbo.
 
Go with a wideband next. Id pull at least 5% from the first fuel. You can take out about another 5% based on your O2 numbers overall. Id go 28/26 if on c16 to maximize he power on the stock turbo. Increase the timing a degree at a time. Work on suspension and launch technique and you will have some 11.80's. A bigger turbo will net you 11.40's no problem. On the wideband shoot for 11.3:1 on c16.

i will shop for a wide band this winter anyway.
only 2 drag racing weekend left up here in north
that one look like too much wet for drag racing.

update

i try some timming +1 deg. overall 24/23 and it gave me 1 mph
i add 1 deg in 1 - 2 gear 25 / 23 no gain
i back to 1 deg overall
and make my new track record
with one green light on my knock gauge in the trap

last saturday was the last drag racing event at red bridge race way

i did a my best time in that good air day

12.01 @ 113.3 mph with 1.69 in 60 ft

with my fatty GN, 3640 lbs with me in

lunching at 10 lbs, 23 lbs with 24 / 23 deg. of timming

mod

8445 with bowl port, race valve job, back cut on intake valve, 1.60 roller rocker
ported and matched upper and lower intake, 62 mm trot. body
ford power stroke intercooler 2-1/2 rooting
3" down pipe with turbonetic delta gate, 3-1/2 single shot, 3-1/2 hooker aero chamber
Razor progessive alcool injection, Eric Marchal alcool chip

turbo, short block, transmission,
torque conv. and suspension are completly stock
