head gasket replacement

well that was 4 years ago. Everything has gone up. AND good luck getting parts. I'd do em for $3899. :ROFLMAO:
 
Depends on how where and maybe even why it blew.
Mine was barely cracked at the top of #1, no milkshakes or coolant leaks, and the timing chain was already done, no cleaning of inside the motor necessary etc. Outside up top parts took about a day to clean all the parts though.
Only did one side for about $300 in parts and tools I needed (head bolt tap was $15).
Then again, I wouldn't do one side for $1,500 in the 90 degree heat like I had to work in. :p
I learned a lot from the experience. :cool:
