Cal spent a lot of time with me on the phone today to get my XFI upgraded to 2.05. I don't know of any customer service, in any industry, that will do that on a Sunday!!! I called him 4 times today and each time he either answered or called me back in minutes. He was patient as I had several computer issues not related to the XFI. I puchased my XFI about 3 years ago and am still getting great customer service! Thank you Cal.
