PTC/Bison's Performance

I would like to give PTC a big shout out for their customer service. I sent them my old converter that was leaking and they received it on Monday afternoon, so on Tuesday I decided to give them a call to see how they were going to approach this and that's when the gentleman on the phone told me not to worry that he would just build me a new 10". Well, today is Friday and UPS just delivered my new torque converter from PTC. Aside from all of this they didn't charge me a dime for the new converter or shipping!! Now if this isn't first class customer service, I don't know what is. Also, I would like to thank Brian with Bison's Performance for making the initial call to them about my situation with my old converter and letting me know what to do. Thank you PTC/Brian.
