the dual BB will spool up alot faster, which depending on your converter maybe helpfull.

my 70 DUAL BB spins so much easier than a standard 70 it is noticeable different. hope this helps.

Sorry, should have been clearer, each one is a non BB just one has a different exh wheel so I am told

In all honesty, they both probably have the same compressor wheel, just different compressor covers and backing plates. ( = very slight difference in power)
The big deal is with the turbine wheel.
Precision sells what is called the GT-Q turbine wheel. This wheel replaced the older Q-trim turbine wheel way back in 2000.
What we need to know is, who is the manufacturer of the GT76Q that you mention. Once we know this, then we can tell you more about the differences between the Precision PT7680H (PT76GTQ) and the ___________.
Let us know.

This turbo was "LT76-Q" from Limit, bought through Quad Air in May 2002, was just repaired at Limit for exh wheel damage, reciept states "GT76GTQ .85PTE hsg. Replaced T/W "
Turbo is still in transit so dont know what it looks like now.

Thanks

Ok, now were cooking with gas.....

Other than the compressor cover and backing plate, the rotating assembly should be identical between your turbo and the PT76 GT-Q. So to answer your previous question, power difference between these two will come down to the size of the compressor cover on the one you have and the current H cover that PTEs' turbo comes with.
Shouldn't be more than 5-10 flywheel hp tho.
