GS NATIONALS 2010 - Bowling Green, KY

My BEST ET 12.396 @ 108 mph

Street Tires KUMHO ECSTA AST 245/50/16
NO ALKY, SKIP BURNOUT BOX... launch with 4 PSI BOOST
Best 60': 1.806 & 1.81
Best 1/4 mile: 12.396 @ 108.95 mph
Best MPH: 109.95

I went from 12.49 to 12.39, simply removing my FLOOR MAT

it was best feeling for me to break 12.50
Thanks to Jim Carswell and Bob Hinson

TSA & TSE are 2 classes to watch this year

Trunk has stuff in it, but I'm thinking it gives me traction where otherwise I'd be spinning, tried to launch at 5 pounds of boost, could have had wet tires that broke...

somewhere btn 20-24 pounds of boost plus Sunoco 110 octane, should be around 100-103 octane

Also, removed a part to see if we can go faster or quicker

Friday and Saturday will be AWESOME....

Friends like family and all BUICK is sweeeet....

IF YOUR NOT HERE - YOU SHOULD BE...

Regards
Brett Wallace

Brett, awesome times! what was your best 1/8 ET/MPH ?

I'll be getting into BG around 11pm tonight.
I'm not participating in the racing but spectacting this year.

Forecast says Cloudy/83 for tomorrow.

I live here in BG. We had the Goodguys meet last week end at Beech Bend. The air was fat and the track was biting extremely well. See ya'll there.:)

My Dad was there with his RV & '56 T-Bird, he's already back:frown: Oh what I would have given to drive out there to meet him this weekend! One of these years I will make it, it's roughly 1200 miles away.

Lets see some more pix for those of us that couldn't make it!

Beech Bend Raceway is Quarter mile times...

I got my best numbers all in one run start to finish
60', and ET, launching on about 4 PSI boost with extar weight in trunk for driving to and from event...

total weight of car with me 3,745 pounds

I ate a little and drank tooooo much after racing, omg...
I'm glad I was at the end of race track when I got sick and couldn't keep it down....
