Good Or No Good Fpr

I need to know if my fpr is up to par the problem that I'm having is that I'm having a problem running lean and the fuel pressure drops to zero in about 20 seconds if static pressure is set 46lbs or above, but holds about 20lbs for 30 mins if set at 44lbs or lower, are these the symptons of a failing fpr.
