I desperately need a GN guru that is willing to come to my car on Long Island, ny to assess what the hell is wrong with my car. Even a GN amateur that has more knowledge than me would be a welcome prospect! Anything! Its been in front of two professional mechanics so far and still no one knows what the hell is wrong. Help pleeeeeeease!!!!!!!

Take a look here.
http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/ecmsensors/ecmpins.html
Check these wires @ the ECM plug:
A11, blk for 12V
A12, blk/wh for grnd
C16, orange for 12V
D1, blk for grnd
All fuseable links good?
All grnds at the head on and tite?

Does the engine turn over w/key input?
Is the module plug in and tite? Any pins bent? [Same for the ECM.]
Module/coil mt grounded?

Also to answer the few questions posed. Yes engine turns over with key. Yes plug looks good, and yes module mount is grounded. Thanks again

I'm going to reach out to him again and basically beg him to just give my car at least an hour or two. I'm pretty sure its something stupid and I know someone like him would see those things immediately and be able to help.

issue adjusting the cam sensor, and startup issue (may be due to cam sensor being out of whack).

Last I spoke with him he was too busy to look at it. I will try him again. especially since the car is closer to where he is at. Thanks bud.

Dave Husack is the man you looking for,he just did my tranny in my tta it works great just like he said with smooth shifts but firm with no flaring it pulls hard throught the gears very happy with it ,good luck with your car he will find the problem for shore

If the cam sensor is out of whack it will NOT start up and run right, period! That sensor has to be set or it's a deal breaker. It's probably a good thing your two shops can't get it. If they can't set a cam sensor, they have no business working on that car.

Give Dave a call and ask what it'd take to set the cam sensor for you. If he knows that's all you need to get started he might be able to allocate the time.

Thanks for the input and reinforcement of what I think is the issue. I'm new to these cars but I'm also sure it's the only thing not right. Everything else is mint, except the sensor adjustment. I reach out to him again and see what he says. Thanks again.

If you're sure the cam sensor is the only thing out of whack, is there a reason you don't just set it yourself? All you need is a volt meter and a piece of masking tape.

If Husek is too busy reach out to Doug he just did some work on my friends GN and he was VERY impressed as was I.
Another great guy is Paul AKA "Pacecarta" AKA "The Doc" not in NY but not too far in E-Town, NJ.
BTW did we meet at Captree a few weeks back ??
