I’ll let someone with more experience chime in other than are they doing anything to this piece? They are always faded.

GN almost done. Vinnie from JV Enterprises has done a NICE, CUSTOM paint project.!!

I'll post pics once I figure out how to make the file smaller

Ya... Take off and prep it for paint.
Sem makes black trim paint for that purpose.

Not sure if I missed it but what kind of paint and clear was used?
For the cowl you asked about in the picture..Sem Trim Black can work but I have had it come out a bit flat when spraying in certain conditions. Make sure if you use it you shake the heck out of it and do more than one coat hopefully in less humid conditions than we had for painting some of our trim pieces.

The GN was picked up Nov. 13 (6 months from drop off). I'm very Pleased. Vinnie of JV Enterprises, 242 Motor Avenue, Azusa, Ca. 909-240-9386 or 626 815 8600 is the Best!! Very Very detail oriented, no shortcuts, and does one off work.

Looks great ! I do not see the 3.8 SFI emblems on the hood. Those going on next?

Left them off. Easier to maintain and my personal preference. Door molding was also left off.

There’s a GN owner that has an auto detail shop in Tustin that does ceramic coating. I think it’s Ultimate Custom Car Care in Tustin.
