Really need some help, coming to work today, car running fine, engine light, flickered for a milisecond and disappreaed. several miles later, car just died. it will turn over, but nothing. i put a new fuel pump 2 yrs ago. is there a way to test the fuel pump or relay to see if this is the issue. looking for thoughts. thanks

You can jump the connector begin the alternator to bypass the relay. I've had to to get the car home a couple times. It can also be the wiring harness and bulkhead connector at the tank if you are still using the stock hanger and that stock harness.

CEL flicker could mean loss of power to entire car.. The CEL is not triggered by fuel pump issues.
Pos cable on the down pipe, bad connector in the orange wire by the batt.
Loose grnd below the turbo.

Hot wire kit on the car?

Check that connection at the alternator, make sure the wire isn't broken/damaged/pulled away from the connector.

I use to have the same exact issue.

In my case the orange wire at the battery had only one strand of wire making a connection and it get hot and shut off. Until it finally broke completely and wouldn't start again
