Fuel pump options?

Ok I want some opinions and help fellas. its been awhile since I posted last..... Current setup


86 T-top GN internals original
replaced injectors and harness... (siemens 60lb mototron injectors)
Walbro 342 pump and hotwire harness
Built trans (was told cottons built it 6 or 7 years before I got the car in 2007)
Auburn posi
Stock turbo adjustable gate
Turbotweak chip on base tune Eric sent. 2010 probably car on 100 octane.

Gauges etc....
Caspers knock guage
Procomp ultralite: Tach, Boost, Fuel, Water, Oil, Voltage
Scantron


My sending unit has been jacked forever... after tank gets to half full the gauge is all over. checked grounds etc.
SO I ordered a new sending unit... Doorman get it and realize its probably going to sit in the tank 1/4 inch higher than the stock one so now I'm wondering???? Is there a better option?

Also, Does anyone know someone truly trustworthy to tune this setup in the Cincy area? And/or should I have anything different in my setup to make it easier to tune or safer? (I.e. being able to see air/fuel for tuning etc)?
I would love some opinions....

I have a new set of 20x9 rear and 18x8 front 2 piece forged AR VF489s on the car. leaving just a tiny boost it went 13.2 at 101.6 first day I've ever run the car. that was second run then it rained.
