Your Cutlass should have the same size feed, and it should also come out in the same spot in the front. My NA Regal did. The vent line can be used. The feed line can be used. I cut into it where the Trurbo Regals have the fuel filter, and I added two repair fittings that I got at an auto parts store, and added the filter. At the front, get another one of these repair lines, and add that to the fuel line. You will have to add the return line. Your Cutlass won't have this. You can just buy another repair section, and run your own, or you should be able to find the whole line from one of your favorite Buick vendors that stocks them. Some even have them in stainless. My return line was pulled from a Turbo Regal. I removed the line from the front all the way to where it moves to the top of the frame near the rear end. I just built my own section for this part, and used compression fittings on it. Another thing you can do for the feed line is to get the one from the fuel filter to the engine, and just patch in a fitting for the other side of the filter. Less splices that way.
