Fuel level guage not working

Hey guys, need some help here. Fuel level guage doesn't work and is stuck on 1/8th tank. I had the dash out of the car in recent past and did a LOT of wiring. Also put in an ATR double pumper with hot wire kits. Checked GNTTYPE and can't read what color the wire is supposed to be (too small). The float in the tank is just fine. Is there one signal wire? Does the signal travel through the relay? Any help is greatly appreciated.
